In the morning at New Norfolk, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers commenced an official visit to the municipality of Derwent Valley which included visits to Molesworth Primary School; Norske Skog, Boyer; The Agrarian Kitchen; Derwent Valley Community House; Corumbene Health Hub; and a Supported Affordable Accommodation Trust house, prior to attending a Civic Reception hosted by the Mayor of Derwent Valley at the New Norfolk Bowls Club.
