Shortbread recipe

Government House - Traditional shortbreads

Government House

This recipe is for our signature Government House shortbread.

It is sweet, melt in the mouth and traditional.

It has been so continually popular that it has not been off the morning and afternoon tea menus since then.

The recipe has a soft warm buttery and pure vanilla flavour.
