In the afternoon, the Governor and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers hosted a presentation ceremony to award the 2024 Florence Nightingale Grants and Awards.

Later at Government House, the Governor received the Ambassador of Argentina, His Excellency Mr Maximo Gowland.
