City of Devonport

In the morning in Devonport, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers commenced an official visit to the City of Devonport which included visits to Loaves and Fishes Tasmania; National Trust Tasmania property, ‘Home Hill’; Devonport High School; Tiagarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Museum; Bass Strait Maritime Centre; Devonport Country Club; and Devonport Community House and Community Gardens, prior to attending a Civic Reception hosted by the Mayor of Devonport at the Devonport Regional Gallery.
