Afternoon

In the afternoon at the Cascades Female Factory, South Hobart, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, accompanied by Mr Warner, delivered an address to officially unveil a statue by Irish sculptor, Rowan Gillespie, on behalf of From the Shadows Inc.

Evening

In the evening at Government House, the Governor and Mr Warner hosted a formal dinner in honour of the official visit to Tasmania by the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, His Excellency Mr Jeong-sik Kang, and Mrs Yoon Sun Huh.
