Veterans Cricket Tasmania

In the morning at the Ross Recreation Ground, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, accompanied by Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers, officiated at the opening of a parkland area dedicated to the Queen’s Jubilee Tree Planting Programme on behalf of Veterans Cricket Tasmania.

Later, the Governor tossed the coin for the first match of the Veterans Cricket Australia Over 70s National Championships.
