In the morning at Waterman’s Dock, Hobart, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, accompanied by Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers, officiated at a function hosted on board STV Windeward Bound to acknowledge a new working partnership between the Windeward Bound Trust and eight Rotary Districts.
